BEXMS Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to BEXMS Commercial Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally enforceable contract between you (acting personally or on behalf of a business entity, referred to as "Client") and BEXMS (a corporate venture of NOMSHAH Tech Group, registered in Pakistan). By engaging BEXMS for bespoke web engineering, social media execution, dedicated remote staffing, or operational support, you accept and agree to be bound by these provisions.

2. BEXMS Core Service Verticals

BEXMS delivers four primary specialized operational solutions:

• Bespoke Web Development: Custom architecture, headless systems, high-speed UX, e-commerce deployments, and custom database APIs.
• Social Media Management: Growth strategy, content pipeline execution, campaign distribution, and community moderation.
• Staff & Office Outsourcing: Sourcing, vetting, payroll management, and active facility oversight of dedicated professionals stationed at BEXMS headquarters in Pakistan.
• Customer Support Outsourcing: 24/7 omnichannel live assistance, support tickets, customer experience desks, and dispatch monitoring.

3. Intellectual Property Transfer Guarantee

BEXMS guarantees absolute client ownership over custom engineering assets:

• Upon completion and final contractual settlement, the Client is transferred 100% full intellectual property, copyright, and code repository rights developed exclusively for their engagement.
• BEXMS maintains the right to reference non-sensitive brand identities and publicly accessible interfaces within portfolio materials unless covered by a pre-executed mutual NDA.

4. Outsourcing Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

For organizations deploying dedicated remote staff sourced from Pakistan through BEXMS:

• Direct Workplace Accountability: BEXMS manages all facility infrastructure, dual-line fiber redundancy, hardware, and statutory labor taxes without middleman overhead.
• Talent Replacement Guarantee: If a dedicated resource departs or fails performance reviews, BEXMS immediately deploys an equivalent vetted specialist at no onboarding cost.
• Clear Multi-Currency Retainers: Transparent monthly invoices issued in client preferences (USD, GBP, AED, PKR) with zero concealed surcharges.

5. Payments, Currencies & Billing Schedules

Client billing operates on defined Statement of Work (SOW) terms:

• Payments are settled in supported currencies: USD ($), GBP (£), AED (د.إ), and PKR (₨) through certified corporate bank transfers and global business gateways.
• Dedicated remote staffing retainers are billed monthly in advance of each active operational cycle.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and all service engagements are governed by and constructed under the corporate laws of Pakistan. Any legal dispute that cannot be resolved through executive negotiation shall be submitted to the commercial courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
